About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role within our front office team. As Assistant Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing room allocations to maximise revenue opportunities and ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures. You will need to have proven experience working within a 5-star hotel at supervisory level and above.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee front office operations to deliver seamless guest service.
- Manage room allocations to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
