Guest Experience Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Global Guest Excellence Center, driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional guest experiences across multiple markets. This strategic role will oversee the development and implementation of supporting operations, ensuring seamless and outstanding experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive global strategy that aligns with our vision and goals, focusing on operational support for guest sales and services.
- Sales & Service Optimisation: Design and establish a Support Operations function within the GX Center, prioritising operational efficiency, guest feedback integration, and service excellence.
- Guest Experience Enhancement: Utilise guest feedback, data, and market research to identify areas for improvement in guest services and sales, developing and implementing training programs for staff to enhance service delivery and guest interaction.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who has consistently employed a guest-centric, agile process mindset, empowering teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences while improving processes and systems. You should have a strong understanding of global markets and cultural sensitivities in guest service, excellent coaching skills for performance management, and a proven ability to drive change and innovation in sales and service delivery.
Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
