This is a unique opportunity to join our Guest Services team as a Team Leader. You will be responsible for overseeing the ticketing system and leading a team of Welcome Hosts to deliver exceptional customer service.
Job Summary- Oversight of the ticketing system to ensure smooth operations
- Leadership of a team of Welcome Hosts to provide outstanding customer service
- Development of strong relationships with colleagues across service lines
- Work closely with the Guest Services Manager to achieve business objectives
- Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team
- A salary of £32,500 per annum
