Customer Service Team Leader

Victoria Women In Need Community Cooperative (WIN) is a non-profit organization that provides programs to support women, trans, non-binary, and Two-Spirit people. We operate 5 resale shop locations and an online store to fund our programs and operations.
This is a hands-on position responsible for providing excellent customer service, building relationships, and creating a positive retail environment. The successful candidate will become part of a diverse team committed to a shared set of core values.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing customer service and making recommendations
- Building relationships and maintaining a positive retail environment
- Acting as team support and lead relating to customer service and daily tasks
- De-escalating challenging situations and ensuring health and safety procedures are followed
We offer a competitive salary range of $17.50-$18.50 per hour, paid breaks, and a supportive work environment. If you have a minimum of 2 years of direct customer service experience and are passionate about making a positive difference in your community, we encourage you to apply.
