About the Job

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations, building a high-performing team, and promoting our brand values. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise through regular training and development programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in maintaining stock accuracy and ensuring health and safety compliance
  • Partner with the Store Manager to build a high-performing team and drive financial performance
  • Act as a role model for world-class customer service and promote our brand values

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £14.70 per hour, 25% colleague discount, and 28-days annual leave pro rata. You will also have the opportunity to gain qualifications such as "Qualified to Advise" and "Healthy Expert".
