We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Leader. As part of our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your role will be to support the General Manager in leading the team to success by leveraging your experience and passion for delivering excellent guest experiences. You will mentor each team member to reach their full potential and motivate them to deliver outstanding results.

  • Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, taking charge when needed.
