Little Vegas is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Team Leader to join our team. As a Night Shift Supervisor Lead, you'll be responsible for managing a team of staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Your Key Accountabilities:
- Manage a team of staff during night shifts, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, with experience leading teams and making decisions under pressure.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary Details:
Up to £13.70 per hour, depending on experience.
