**Job Description:** We are seeking a talented B2B Customer Experience Leader to join our EMEA marketing team at Reward Gateway | Edenred. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for creating and executing our B2B customer lifecycle marketing campaigns and customer engagement programmes.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Customer Marketing role, preferably within a SaaS business, and a proven track record of developing and executing successful demand-generation strategies driving business growth.

We offer a competitive annual salary of £70,000 - £85,000, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including a flexible holiday plan of up to 40 days per year, £400 a year Wellbeing Allowance, and private medical insurance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the strategy for our B2B customer lifecycle marketing campaigns, through tactics such as email, paid marketing, direct mail, and account-based marketing.
  • Create cross-sell and up-sell campaigns to drive intent for account management teams.
  • Educate customers about our products/services through mediums such as video, email, events, social media, and landing pages.
