Job Title: Customer Experience Leader

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Strategy & Integration team in the EU Customer Expansions space. As a Customer Experience Leader, you will be responsible for translating Amazon's long-term vision into operational program plans that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve key operational metrics
  • Support the launch of Amazon Shipping in new countries and market segments
  • Lead improvement projects and programmes, using strategic thinking to define and implement efficient project plans

About the Role:
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and shape the Amazon Shipping product, engaging and influencing stakeholders to build a shipping service provider that our customers love.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
* Experience in program or project management
* Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
* Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate results to senior leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
* Experience leading process improvements

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
