Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing customer-centric strategies and initiatives to drive engagement.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and refining processes to enhance brand reputation.
  • Managing customer satisfaction and using data to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to effectively interact with customers.
  • Customer service NVQ - Levels 1-4.
  • Previous experience in healthcare or medical sectors would be beneficial but not essential.
