Customer Experience Leader

As a Customer Experience Leader at Resourcing Group, you will play a vital role in overseeing and enhancing the overall experience customers have. This position is nationwide with regular meetings in our Reading head office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing customer-centric strategies and initiatives to drive engagement.
- Identifying areas for improvement and refining processes to enhance brand reputation.
- Managing customer satisfaction and using data to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to effectively interact with customers.
- Customer service NVQ - Levels 1-4.
- Previous experience in healthcare or medical sectors would be beneficial but not essential.
