The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury retail and a proven track record of driving sales and customer service excellence. This role involves working closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets, maintaining excellent visual presentation, and protecting the brand's reputation.

About the Role:

  • Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and operations goals
  • Maintain excellent visual presentation consistent with company guidelines
  • Be an expert in fashion and the latest trends

About You:

  • Experience in luxury retail within a clientelling and service driven environment
  • Experience at a senior management level
  • To be a customer service ambassador with the ability to drive a unique but memorable customer experience

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for progression.
