About the Role

We are seeking a B2B SaaS Growth Leader to join our team at Cryptio. As a seasoned marketing professional, you will be responsible for leading our demand generation efforts and establishing us as a market leader in Enterprise Back-Office Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demand Generation: Develop and execute strategies to build a robust sales pipeline for Cryptio's growing Enterprise business.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a diverse team of marketing professionals, including a Growth Marketing Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Senior Designer, and Growth Associate.
  • Event Management: Maintain the reputation of Crypto Finance Forum as the premier event for CFOs and finance professionals in crypto.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within B2B marketing.
  • A proven track record of managing a talented marketing team with Growth, Content, and Product marketing functions.
  • An interest in the crypto industry and ability to inspire a team.
  • Creative energy with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Estimated Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 per annumLocation: London, UKBenefits
