Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading day-to-day operations and owning the P&L of acquired B2B software companies, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Implementing a combination of battle-tested strategies to unlock growth and scalability.
  • Managing and motivating acquired teams, fostering a culture of efficiency, continuous improvement, and accountability.
  • Driving operational excellence across all departments, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer success.
  • Reporting directly to executive management on key business and financial metrics to guide strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 0-5 years of experience in a high-growth startup or equivalent, with demonstrated success in driving measurable results.
