Enterprise Sales Manager

We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales efforts and drive growth in the mid-market tech sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a sales team to navigate complex sales cycles with leading mid-market and enterprise tech businesses.
- Build and maintain close relationships across product, engineering, and customer success to gather feedback and inform product roadmap development.
- Collaborate with our CEO to develop and implement a go-to-market strategy that expands our ideal customer profile and enters new sectors and geographies.
- Develop and execute sales processes, experimenting with different messaging and outbound strategies to drive pipeline growth and deal closure.
- Travel occasionally, with a minimum of 5 days per week spent at our office in Central London.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS enterprise sales or comparable field.
Frequent travel to conferences in the US and Europe.
