About the Role

Persado is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive business growth in the UK Financial Services sector. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for acquiring new logos and establishing sustainable long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive account strategies to engage with Enterprise prospects.
  • Create compelling value propositions to drive complex contract negotiations.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with C-level stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Manage contract negotiations with large, complex Enterprise accounts.
  • Prospect and develop business opportunities across EMEA.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of direct B2B selling experience, with 7+ years selling to large Enterprise accounts.
  • 5+ years of experience selling to Financial Services / Banks at executive level.
  • Proven track record of closing large, complex agreements / deals.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and team spirit.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit, combined with a collaborative and structured approach.
