Enterprise Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team at The Goddard School of Las Vegas (Enterprise), NV. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key enterprise clients, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet client needs, drive customer success, and achieve revenue targets.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service to clients.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of account managers.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new clients.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics for accounts.
- Lead contract negotiations with clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to travel frequently for onsite client visits and meetings.
