Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Manager - Team Lead to join our team at The Goddard School of Las Vegas (Enterprise), NV. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key enterprise clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Maintain Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring their satisfaction. Create and execute strategic account plans to meet client needs, drive customer success, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing accounts. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of account managers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Client Onboarding and Support: Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and quick realization of value. Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics for accounts, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Prepare and present regular reports on account performance to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for growth.
  • Contract Negotiations and Renewals: Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with company objectives. Manage the renewal process for existing contracts, striving for high renewal rates and long-term client retention.
Requirements:
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively at the executive level.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities, with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Highly self-motivated and able to work independently, with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability and willingness to travel frequently for onsite client visits and meetings.
