Enterprise Sales Manager

We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to build a strong sales pipeline of our ideal target clients through effective outbound prospecting.
This role will report to the Team Manager, Account Management, and involve:
- Developing long-term partnerships with top brands
- Increasing renewal rates
- Managing relationships with account users to drive commercial targets
- Identifying and leading up-sell opportunities to drive new business growth
- Influencing future lifetime value through higher product adoption and customer satisfaction
Requirements include:
- Fluency in French
- Minimum 5 years of sales or account management experience in customer-facing roles (SaaS background preferred)
- Experience working with Enterprise accounts
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing space
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to influence, handle objections, and resolve customer issues
- Experience in client-direct sales and/or account management, with a strong consultative sales process
- Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
- Team player able to interact with colleagues and business partners across the company
