Customer Support Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Team Leader to join our team at HeadX. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting a positive customer experience.
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead and manage a team of customer support agents to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain customer service metrics and reports to track performance.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in ecommerce or call center environments.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fluent in English language (reading, writing, and speaking).
