B2B Sales and Partnership Opportunity

VANRATH is a leading recruitment agency in Northern Ireland, helping businesses find the best talent. We are currently looking for a skilled Customer Account Manager to join our team.

This role involves taking ownership of existing accounts, onboarding new partners/customers, and developing successful, long-term partnerships. You will work closely with account contacts to maintain effective working relationships and identify potential new sales opportunities and solutions for existing customers.

You will negotiate commercial and contractual terms for new and add-on product lines and ongoing accounts. You will also attend customer meetings, conferences, and exhibitions, which may involve some travel primarily within the UK to aid business and organizational development.

This role requires a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a customer-facing, account management role, ideally from a technology, consulting, or insurance/financial/utilities product background. You must have experience of managing and maximizing the profitability of multiple B2B relationships.

A competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience) + up to 15% bonus is offered. Excellent benefits include salary review, performance bonuses, and development opportunities. Hybrid working options are available, with the majority of time spent in our modern Belfast office.
