A highly motivated individual is sought for a Customer Success Executive position with Hayward Hawk in Belfast. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build and maintain strong relationships with multiple client accounts, negotiate contracts, and represent the organization at client meetings and industry events.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant business or IT-related field or significant experience in a related sector, with at least one year of experience in a client-facing account management role. They will also possess proven experience managing and growing multiple B2B relationships in a target-driven environment, along with strong analytical abilities for interpreting data and making informed decisions. In addition, they will have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and demonstrated ability to learn independently. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting in person and virtually, are also essential.

This role offers an estimated salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
