We are seeking a driven Strategic Partnership Developer to join our team at Enso Recruitment. As a Strategic Partnership Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key clients. You will identify new business opportunities, manage existing client partnerships, and contribute to strategic sales initiatives.

You will create and implement strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets, build and maintain relationships with clients, ensure satisfaction and trust, and generate leads through networking, events, and market research. You will also be responsible for managing the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per annum, plus performance bonuses. Our benefits package includes flexible hybrid working, strong commission structure, annual leave increases with service length, employee assistance program for mental health support, access to private healthcare plans, and ongoing learning and development opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in business development, sales, or account management, with proven ability to manage face-to-face client meetings, regular domestic and international travel for work, strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, high proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems, experience creating professional sales presentations, self-motivation, results-oriented mindset, strategic thinking, creative problem-solving skills, and comfort managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
