4C Executive Search is excited to announce a unique opportunity for an experienced Business Development Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and expansion of our JAM Card initiative, a globally recognized program that enables individuals with hidden disabilities to discreetly ask for patience in everyday interactions.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in business development, with experience in creating new partnerships with businesses across various sectors, including retail, hospitality, transportation, utilities, banking, and the public sector. They will also drive JAM Card engagement among new and existing business partners as well as the community it serves, aiming to achieve one million registered users.

This role requires a genuine care for social justice, extensive experience in utilizing data to inform decisions, managing high-performance sales teams, and significantly increasing revenue by identifying new partnership opportunities and revenue streams.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and expansion of the JAM Card initiative.
  • Create new partnerships with businesses across various sectors.
  • Drive JAM Card engagement among new and existing business partners and the community it serves.
  • Utilize data to inform decisions and optimize sales strategies.

$90,000 - $125,000 per annum, depending on experience.
