Aerospace Sales Executive

We are GRN Search Group Ltd., a dynamic and growing company within the metal stockholding industry. We are looking for a driven individual to join our team as an Internal Sales Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to make your mark in a fast-paced and ever-changing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and reach out to potential new clients, establishing initial contact and building a pipeline of opportunities.
* Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing customers.
* Engage customers via phone, email, and video calls, showcasing your ability to listen, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions.
* Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial enquiry to closing the deal, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a sales role, ideally in a B2B or industrial environment, is preferred but not essential.
* A confident, persuasive, and professional phone manner is a must.
* Drive and initiative to prospect, self-motivate, and meet sales targets.
* Natural ability to build rapport with clients and foster long-term partnerships.
* Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
What We Offer:
* £28,000 - £30,000 basic salary
* Annual bonus (uncapped)
* Early finish Friday
* 31 annual leave days

Estimated Salary:
£28,500 - £29,700 per annum, based on a 37-hour working week and assuming a performance-related annual bonus.
