Senior Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at QinetiQ. As a Senior Capture Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping secure new business to support our growth agenda.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute win strategies for complex capture opportunities across various domains, including Intelligence, Cyber, and Science and Technology.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive the capture process from qualification to bid submission and contract award.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior management, customers, and industrial partners to drive business growth.
- Develop and negotiate contracts that meet our business objectives and deliver profitable growth.
- Collaborate with our global team of bid professionals to share best practices and improve bidding skills.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of leading, developing, negotiating, and closing strategically important contracts (minimum £10M in value).
- Experience in developing and executing win strategies in complex, competitive environments.
- Proven ability to lead teams of senior professionals across business and functional boundaries.
- Relevant experience in winning business with customers and industrial partners in a similar environment.
