The Consumer Account Manager is a key role within Lenovo, responsible for driving business growth and development across key consumer accounts in the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and market share expansion across key consumer accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within consumer accounts, ensuring alignment with Lenovo's business objectives.
- Identify and prioritize new business opportunities, developing lasting agreements and commitments with consumer accounts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute joint business plans, driving growth and market share expansion.
- Provide training and support to consumer accounts, ensuring they have the necessary sales tools, messaging, and market insights to drive business growth.
- Conduct regular business reviews with consumer accounts, analyzing performance data and developing action plans to drive growth and improvement.
- Work closely with UKI product management to determine product line-ups and pricing strategies that meet consumer account needs.
- Manage Lenovo's product portfolio, conducting competitive analysis and ensuring alignment with consumer account requirements.
- Establish Lenovo as a recognized and esteemed brand within the UK and Ireland market.
- Identify and secure new consumer account partners within the UK and Ireland market.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive B2B sales growth within consumer accounts, identifying new commercial opportunities.
- Proven ability to build relationships and negotiate with key decision-makers and multiple verticals.
- Established capability to manage multiple consumer channels and propositions, ensuring minimum conflict.
Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience in the IT industry and sales.
- Self-motivated and proactive mentality.
- Commercial understanding of the UK telecoms market, operators, and MVNOs.
- Requires travel.
