Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at TRC Yorkshire. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with our customers, developing and delivering business planned objectives to increase growth, and acquiring and developing new business within existing geographic areas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain relationships with our customers by developing and delivering business planned objectives to increase growth.
* Acquire and develop new business within existing geographic areas.
* Make and receive calls to and from existing and new customers.
* Accurate order entry, up-selling and cross-selling using on-screen information to ensure our customers are given every opportunity to buy from our comprehensive product range.
Requirements:
* FMCG and or Foodservice experience.
* The ability and desire to sell.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong commercial awareness.
* A confident and determined approach.
* Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
* Strong time management.
* Strong analytical skills.
* A high degree of self-motivation and drive.
What We Offer:
* £28,000 basic + commission.
