Senior Capture Manager Job Description

QinetiQ is seeking a seasoned Senior Capture Manager to join our team of experienced professionals in the UK Intelligence Domain. As a key member of our Capture Team, you will play a pivotal role in securing new business opportunities to support our growth agenda.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute capture win strategies, ensuring alignment with our Business Development Leadership Team and associated investments.
  • Drive the capture process from qualification to bid submission and contract award, focusing on delivering a clear win strategy and improving our pWin.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior management and stakeholders, leading the Capture Team to achieve long-term outcomes and pWin.
  • Deliver timely and successful capture results through strong leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of leading, developing, negotiating, and closing strategically important contracts (minimum £10M in value).
  • Experience in executing win strategies and capture plans in complex, competitive environments, with a reasonable win percentage.
  • Proven leadership ability to lead teams of senior professionals across business and functional boundaries.
  • Relevant experience in winning business with customers and industrial partners in a similar environment.
