IT Service Desk Analyst

Lucid Support Services Ltd is offering a unique opportunity for a skilled IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Nottingham. This exciting role involves providing technical support to clients, resolving technical incidents and requests, and working closely with our team to ensure seamless service delivery.
This is a 3-month contract with a potential extension to permanent status. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer technical assistance to clients via phone, resolving their technical issues efficiently.
- Document and track client incidents using established procedures.
- Determine the root cause of technical problems and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and incident resolutions.
