**Job Description**
This is a remote position that requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and technical expertise. You'll lead a team of 8-10 Sales Development Representatives and be responsible for achieving pipeline goals on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Cultivate a positive and engaged team culture
- Coach SDRs in self-source prospecting, holding discovery calls, and strategic customer engagement
- Conduct performance evaluations and hold conversations with direct reports regularly
The estimated salary for this role is $150,000-$220,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
