About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Affiliates Account Manager to join our team at Starcom. As a key member of our acquisition team, you will be responsible for leading the affiliate program for our clients, including P&G and other top-tier brands.

Your primary objective will be to devise and implement strategies to grow our clients' acquisition business, working closely with publisher partners and other stakeholders to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Management: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive affiliate program growth and optimize client ROI.
  • Publisher Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with top publishers, negotiating deals and ensuring seamless program execution.
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of campaign data to identify areas for improvement and inform future strategies.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Client Reporting: Provide regular performance reports to clients, highlighting key insights and opportunities for growth.

  • Experience: Proven track record in affiliate marketing, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive business growth.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and inform business decisions.
