Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Affiliate Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work with internationally recognized brands, collaborating with partner networks and publishers to achieve our clients' business objectives.

This position is ideal for an experienced account manager or executive looking to transition from the network or publisher side to a multi-channel agency. Our affiliate department is rapidly growing, and the successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our affiliate activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage UK and international affiliate programs through network and tech partners
  • Create and execute short and long-term strategies to meet client objectives
  • Assist in new business proposals and pitches
  • Oversee smooth program launches and migrations after new business wins
  • Research and reach out to potential affiliates for client campaigns
  • Build and maintain relationships with publishers
  • Monitor affiliate activity and provide regular reporting
  • Ensure compliance with client program terms and conditions
  • Update creatives, offers, and promotions for clients
  • Research market trends and insights
  • Collaborate with affiliates to promote client campaigns
  • Mentor and supervise junior team members

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in affiliate campaign management
  • Organized and efficient with strong communication skills
  • Proficient in affiliate platforms such as Awin, CJ, Partnerize, Impact
  • Adaptable and self-assured with the ability to work across multiple platforms
