Position Overview

As the Affiliate Program Strategist at Karen Millen, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the effectiveness of our Affiliate marketing initiatives across various regions, including the UK, IE, US, and AUS. Your primary objective will be to execute exceptional strategies within the affiliate and partnership domains to drive customer engagement and profitability.

Team Dynamics

Each member of our team serves as the ambassador for their brand, leveraging creative campaigns, social media, influencer collaborations, public relations, and events. On the e-commerce side, we concentrate on directing traffic to our digital storefronts and increasing sales through diverse channels such as affiliate marketing, paid media, customer relationship management, and search engine optimization, all aligned with our ambition to lead the global fashion e-commerce landscape.

Core Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the affiliate program, ensuring accurate campaign executions and conducting regular performance assessments to guarantee return on investment.
  • Provide weekly performance reports to internal stakeholders, offering clear insights and actionable recommendations for enhancement.
  • Identify and propose new opportunities to boost performance for both new and existing clientele.
  • Collaborate with key partners to develop and refresh the affiliate strategy on a quarterly basis.
  • Plan and execute the affiliate promotional calendar in conjunction with the trade team.
  • Test and implement innovative affiliate tactics and technologies to broaden the affiliate programs.
  • Lead negotiations with partners and contribute to the long-term strategic vision for Affiliate and Partnership marketing.
  • Ensure the accuracy of commission claims through regular validations and collaborate with the team to deliver top-tier digital marketing strategies globally.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a comparable role within the fashion/apparel sector or a commercial enterprise.
  • Understanding of evaluating the impact of Affiliate Marketing efforts.
  • Experience in managing US Affiliates is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Creative mindset with a sharp eye for opportunities.
