The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Affiliate Account Director to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead a team of specialists, managing a portfolio of prominent clients in the fashion, beauty, and tech sectors. You will leverage your expertise in affiliate marketing to drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and foster strong relationships with publishers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of affiliate marketing professionals, fostering their growth and development.
  • Develop and execute strategic affiliate marketing campaigns that align with client objectives.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key publishers and network partners.
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of affiliate marketing initiatives across all channels.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in the affiliate marketing landscape.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing affiliate marketing programs within a performance-driven agency environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of leading affiliate platforms, such as Partnerize, Impact, Awin, CJ, or Rakuten.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies and industry trends.
