About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Affiliate Marketing to join our team at Stars Group. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for leading our affiliate marketing efforts and driving growth through strategic partnerships and program development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partnership Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates across sports and gaming verticals, ensuring mutual growth and profitability.
  • Program Development: Optimize the affiliate program across key international markets to attract new affiliates and retain/grow existing partners.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate channel performance, using data-driven insights to inform strategy and improve channel ROI.
  • Budget Management: Be responsible for the affiliate marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies that drive significant returns.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the rest of the marketing team to ensure alignment and integration of affiliate marketing with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Compliance: Ensure all affiliate marketing activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing or other relevant performance marketing discipline.
  • Experience in the sports betting and real money gaming industry preferred but not essential.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing affiliate programs and teams.
  • Experience of delivering new customer acquisition growth across multiple markets.
  • Strong analytical mindset and skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
