Job Summary
We're seeking a dynamic Affiliate Manager to join our team. As an Affiliate Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and managing our affiliate marketing programs, driving traffic and sales through affiliate channels, and building strong relationships with affiliate partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Affiliate Marketing Strategy: Create and implement strategies to meet company objectives.
- Affiliate Growth Plans: Create partner and channel-specific marketing plans.
- Recruit New Affiliates: Identify and engage new affiliates through networking, research, and outreach.
- Manage Affiliate Programs: Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and optimising performance.
- Analyse Performance Data: Evaluate affiliate performance to improve campaigns and ROI.
- Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work closely with the team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Negotiate Contracts: Establish terms and commission structures with affiliates.
- Report on Performance: Provide regular updates on affiliate performance and campaign effectiveness.
- Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to keep the affiliate program competitive.
Requirements
We're looking for a candidate with:
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in affiliate marketing, preferably in the sports, music, culture, or theatre events industry.
- Strong understanding of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies is a plus.
