Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our high-performing Acquisition team. As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing the affiliate channel strategy, managing the day-to-day operations of the affiliate program, and driving revenue growth through affiliate partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the affiliate channel strategy to drive revenue growth and improve customer acquisition
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the affiliate program, including affiliate onboarding, contract negotiations, and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand, analytics, and external agencies, to ensure seamless execution of affiliate marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance data to optimize the affiliate mix and maximize revenue
  • Develop and maintain relationships with affiliate partners to ensure successful partnerships and revenue growth

Requirements

  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing, with a strong understanding of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and analytics tools
  • Excellent commercial negotiation skills, with the ability to develop bespoke deals and offers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects and priorities
