Job Description

As the Affiliate Marketing Executive, you will be part of the marketing team at Hawes & Curtis, reporting directly to the Head of PR, Influencer & Affiliate Marketing.

Main Responsibilities:


Maintain and optimize global affiliate programs, including commission scheduling, mailers to affiliates, and affiliate recruitment.


Collaborate with the Merchandise, Analytics, Creative, and Performance Marketing teams to align affiliate activity and drive sales growth.


Develop and implement global exposure plans for key business moments to boost sales.


Support the Head of Affiliates in curating the Affiliate Marketing strategy for Hawes & Curtis, overseeing relationships and programs with retained partners.


Work with the marketing and analytics team to propose a US affiliate optimization strategy.


Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly analysis of affiliate exposure, measuring against suitable KPIs and suggesting improvements.


Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on marketing trends and their potential impact on the business.


Manage the Display Marketing agency, optimizing the channel based on changing business KPIs.


Assist with ad-hoc influencer, VIP, and press sample management.


Provide ad-hoc support for influencer and PR events.


Maintain the affiliate marketing calendar and update creatives in affiliate networks and send them to display and PR agencies.

Requirements:


1+ year of affiliate marketing experience.


Strong numerical and analytical skills.


Proficient use of Excel and PowerPoint.


Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.


Flexibility in adapting to fast-changing business priorities.


Confident communication skills with external and internal stakeholders.


Enthusiasm to learn new skills and a team player.

Salary Range: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.
