About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Affiliate Manager to join our team at Assembly Global. As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for managing our affiliate programs, working with network partners and publishers to drive results, and collaborating with our clients to achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage affiliate programs through network partners and tech platforms such as Partnerize and Impact.
  • Develop and implement short-term and long-term strategies to achieve client objectives.
  • Assist with new business proposals and pitches.
  • Ensure smooth new program launches and migrations.
  • Research and contact prospective affiliates for client campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with publishers.
  • Monitor and report on affiliate activity.
  • Audit affiliate websites and promotional methods for compliance.
  • Update creative, offers, and promotions on behalf of clients.
  • Research seasonal sector trends and new geo market insights.
  • Work with affiliate networks and affiliates to create exposure plans for client campaigns.
  • Monitor and report affiliate promotions back to clients.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience working directly on affiliate campaigns, either client, network, or agency side.
  • Organized and efficient approach to work, able to prioritize effectively and keep track of multiple tasks and projects.
  • Good communication skills, able to interpret client briefs and clearly communicate details of partnerships, promotions, and campaigns with partners and publishers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to maintain and grow strong relationships with clients, publishers, and business partners.
  • Experience with one or multiple affiliate platforms and technologies - Awin, CJ, Partnerize, Impact.
