We are seeking a skilled Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our team at Cranberry Panda. As an Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the future and success of our affiliate marketing channel.

You will be responsible for owning the execution of all affiliate work across 5-8 affiliate clients, including publisher recruitment, hands-on work in platforms, and continual optimization of campaigns.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with Client Strategy Managers and the Affiliates Lead to execute on affiliate strategy.
  • Defining publisher mix and commission strategies.
  • Reporting on results using metrics relevant to campaigns, including weekly performance monitoring and monthly/end of campaign reports.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to external clients and internal teammates.

About You:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Affiliate Marketing Specialist with a track record of designing and executing creative campaigns. You should have:

  • 1-2 years experience working in a hands-on affiliate marketing role.
  • Flexible background - open to agency, network, or brand side experience.
  • Passion for e-commerce and experience working in this space.
  • Confidence in building and managing affiliate campaigns across a range of platforms.
  • Ability to effectively use campaign insights and performance metrics to continually optimize and improve performance of campaigns.
