Role Overview

Hawes & Curtis is seeking a highly skilled Affiliate Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the maintenance of our global affiliate programs, including commission scheduling, mailers to affiliates, and affiliate recruitment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Merchandise, Analytics, Creative, and Performance Marketing teams to align affiliate activity with business goals.
  • Develop and implement global exposure plans for key business moments to drive sales growth.
  • Support the Head of Affiliates in curating the Affiliate marketing strategy for Hawes & Curtis, overseeing relationships and programs across retained partners.
  • Work with the marketing and analytics team to propose a US affiliate optimization strategy.
  • Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly analysis of affiliate exposure, measuring against suitable KPIs and suggesting improvements.
  • Attend networking events and conferences to stay at the forefront of marketing trends.
  • Manage the Display Marketing agency, optimizing the channel based on changing business KPIs.
  • Assist with ad-hoc influencer, VIP, and press sample management, as well as influencer and PR events.
  • Maintain the affiliate marketing calendar and update creatives in affiliate networks.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of affiliate marketing experience.
  • Numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficient use of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexible and adaptable to fast-changing business priorities.
  • Confident communication skills with external and internal stakeholders.
