Job Title: Affiliate Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team at Hawes & Curtis. As an Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the maintenance of our global affiliate programs, including commission scheduling, mailers to affiliates, and affiliate recruitment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing and analytics team to propose a US affiliate optimization strategy
  • Weekly, monthly, and quarterly analysis of affiliate exposure – measuring these against suitable and agreed KPI's and suggesting ways to improve and optimise
  • Attend networking events and conferences to keep at the forefront of marketing trends that could benefit the business
  • Manage the Display Marketing agency, optimising the channel based on changing business KPI's
  • Ad-hoc influencer, VIP, and press sample management
  • Ad-hoc assistance on influencer and PR events
  • Maintain the affiliate marketing calendar and update creatives in affiliate network

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of affiliate marketing experience
  • Numerical and analytical skills
  • Proficient use of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organisational skills, working well under pressure
  • Flexible in adapting to fast-changing business priorities
  • Confident communication skills with external and internal stakeholders
