About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to join our team at Farfetch. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving performance in our global affiliate marketing channel and supporting the development of long-term initiatives to ensure sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive affiliate channel performance and revenue growth
  • Manage and control associated costs and resources for the business area
  • Define and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and optimize channel performance
  • Build and maintain relationships with key affiliate partners to align strategic goals and identify opportunities for growth
  • Lead and direct a team of affiliate marketing professionals to deliver business and channel goals
  • Represent the Farfetch brand and values in all interactions with stakeholders
Requirements
  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing with a strong track record of driving performance and revenue growth
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large data sets and draw insights
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience in leading and directing a team of marketing professionals
  • Strong understanding of the Farfetch brand and values
