Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Ben Sherman is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Executive to join our Head Office team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for driving our Paid Search, Display, Paid Social, and Affiliate channels to achieve business growth and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with our internal creative team and external agency partners to ensure high-quality creative content and campaign execution.
  • Manage and optimize Paid Search, Display, Paid Social, and Affiliate campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Conduct regular analysis and reporting on campaign performance to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Liaise with external affiliate partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and maximize revenue opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital performance marketing, with a focus on Paid Search, Display, Paid Social, and Affiliate channels.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track and drive ROI.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager is highly desirable.
