We are seeking a confident, dynamic, and self-motivated marketing professional to join our team as an Affiliate Account Manager. If you have a strong background in online marketing and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As an Affiliate Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing marketing expertise to advertisers, recruiting and developing publisher relationships, and delivering excellent service and relationship management to agencies, clients, and publishers across assigned accounts. You will also be responsible for developing, maintaining, and extending relationships across the portfolio through daily email and phone communication, face-to-face monthly and quarterly strategy sessions, and conducting off-platform recruitment in line with program specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent service and relationship management to agencies, clients, and publishers across assigned accounts
  • Develop, maintain, and extend relationships across the portfolio through daily email and phone communication and face-to-face monthly and quarterly strategy sessions
  • Conduct off-platform recruitment in line with program specifications
  • Negotiate bespoke exposure packages on behalf of own portfolio and Webgains team
  • Consult with advertisers as to the tactical and strategic aims of their online marketing programs
  • Recruit suitable publishers to their programs on the Webgains network
  • QBR ownership and presentation
  • Continuously strive to improve the financial and strategic success of the affiliate marketing program of their assigned advertisers
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and communicate with advertisers
  • Provides buddy support for junior team members when applicable
  • Advocate and sell affiliate concepts, publisher types, and opportunities to agencies and clients while highlighting the scale of opportunity and highlighting relevant reasons in order to obtain signoff
  • Liaise effectively with the Publisher Team to drive program recruitment and test new opportunities to the Webgains network
  • Attend face-to-face agency and client meetings and events, advocating for the channel and Webgains
Essential Requirements
  • Strong experience as a Junior Account Manager
  • Demonstrable experience of QBR ownership and presentation
  • Some experience of budget management to ensure optimal ROI
  • Ability to plan annually, using long-range forecasts and KPIs to ensure performance over an extended period
  • Previous experience of introducing multi-layered and tailored solutions to agencies and clients
  • Demonstratable experience of campaign performance reviews, adjusting exposure/placements, and liaising with publishers to address issues with performance
  • Proven ability of analyzing data sets from a wide variety of sources, drawing both user and market actionable insights
  • Previous experience of working in affiliate marketing
Desirable Requirements
  • Agency experience, ideally working for an agency or with agencies
Role Logistics
  • Working hours: 40 per week
  • Working days: Monday - Friday
  • Job location: 3 days London Office (Mon, Thu, +1 other day), 2 days working from home
