About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Affiliate Manager to join our team at Assembly Global. As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for managing our international affiliate programs, working closely with network partners and publishers to deliver results that meet our clients' business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of UK and international affiliate programs, including managing programs through network partners and instructing account managers.
  • Carry out short-term and long-term planning and strategy to achieve client objectives.
  • Assist with new business proposals and pitches.
  • Work to ensure smooth new program launches and migrations after new business wins.
  • Research and contact prospective affiliates for our clients' campaigns.
  • Build and manage relationships with publishers.
  • Daily checks and reporting on affiliate activity.
  • Audit affiliate websites and promotional methods to ensure compliance with the client's program terms and conditions.
  • Update creative, offers, and promotions on behalf of clients.
  • Research seasonal sector trends and new geo-market insights.
  • Work with the affiliate networks and with affiliates to create exposure plans for client campaigns and to support promotions and new product launches.
  • Monitor and report affiliate promotions back to the client.
  • Mentor and manage junior team members.
  • Ensure clients are informed of Assembly Global's sustainability offering and credentials.
  • Champion a sustainable approach to marketing across client work where applicable, and consider sustainability across campaign elements such as messaging and creative.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience working directly on affiliate campaigns, either client, network, or agency side.
  • Organized and efficient approach to work, able to prioritize effectively and keep track of multiple tasks and projects.
  • Good communicator - able to effectively interpret client briefs, and clearly communicate details of partnerships, promotions, campaigns with partners and publishers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to maintain and grow strong relationships with clients, publishers, and business partners.
  • Experienced in dealing with one or multiple affiliate platforms and technologies - Awin, CJ, Partnerize, Impact.
  • Adaptable and self-assured.
