About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Affiliate Manager to join our team at GIMO. As a key member of our digital acquisition team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the affiliate program and strategy for assigned markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Vice President of Digital Acquisition to develop and deliver the affiliate program and strategy for assigned markets.
  • Manage and execute the affiliate strategy through effective management of current affiliates.
  • Drive strategic partnerships by creating relationships that will grow into successful business models for our partners.
  • Identify and seize market opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Manage pipeline information and partner relationships to identify new business opportunities.
  • Present to and consult with management on business trends to develop and/or scale partnerships.
  • Develop a testing roadmap to ensure continuous learning and refinement of our activity.
  • Develop an effective affiliate outreach strategy to drive acquisition and retention.
  • Recruit targeted affiliates and influencers aligned with our brand values.
  • Accountable for reporting, measuring, and communicating channel performance.
  • Responsible for forecasting ROI and activity for all affiliate partners.
  • Manage relationships with affiliate partners and ensure all ROI and sales targets are met.
  • Monitor and analyse affiliate performance, competitor propositions, and industry trends to ensure effectiveness and profitability.
Requirements
  • Experience in affiliation for a gambling operator is a must.
  • Great negotiating skills, time management, and performance orientation.
  • Greek native speaker – Mandatory.
  • Experience with SEO outreach – Helpful.
