About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team at TradeTracker. As a key member of our UK operation, you will be responsible for directing and optimising affiliate marketing campaigns for our clients. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients and affiliates, negotiating deals and terms to ensure maximum exposure and ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimise affiliate marketing campaigns for UK-based clients.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and affiliates, serving as the main point of contact.
  • Negotiate deals and terms with affiliate partners to ensure maximum exposure and ROI.
  • Identify areas of growth and develop new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and market research.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree (or equivalent qualification) with an interest in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in online marketing and/or e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding and experience with affiliate marketing.
  • Fluent English communication skills; a second language is a plus.
  • Motivation, persuasiveness, and a passion for advising clients.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive, result-driven approach.
  • Experience with larger online merchants or media agencies is advantageous.
