We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated and passionate Affiliate Program Coordinator to become a part of our dynamic team. In this position, you will engage with globally recognized fashion and accessory brands, partnering with affiliate networks and publishers to fulfill our clients' strategic objectives.

This role is particularly suited for a seasoned account manager or executive aiming to shift from the network or publisher perspective to a comprehensive agency environment. Our affiliate division is experiencing significant growth, and the ideal candidate will be instrumental in enhancing our affiliate initiatives.

Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous but not a prerequisite for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee UK and international affiliate initiatives through network and technology partners
  • Develop and implement both short-term and long-term strategies to achieve client goals
  • Support in crafting new business proposals and presentations
  • Ensure seamless program launches and transitions following new business acquisitions
  • Conduct research and outreach to potential affiliates for client campaigns
  • Establish and nurture relationships with publishers
  • Track affiliate performance and deliver regular reports
  • Guarantee adherence to client program guidelines
  • Refresh creatives, offers, and promotions for clients
  • Investigate market trends and insights
  • Collaborate with affiliates to promote client initiatives
  • Guide and mentor junior team members

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in managing affiliate campaigns
  • Highly organized and efficient with excellent communication abilities
  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as Awin, CJ, Partnerize, Impact
  • Flexible and confident with the capability to operate across various platforms
