Affiliate Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to enhance our affiliate initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering robust partnerships and supporting our affiliate marketing strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Outreach Activities: Proactively engage with potential and current affiliates through calls to present our affiliate program, respond to inquiries, and cultivate relationships.
  • Affiliate Assistance: Deliver thorough support to affiliates via phone and email. Address questions, distribute marketing resources, resolve issues, and provide advice on optimizing their revenue.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate affiliate performance metrics, prepare reports, and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
  • Strategy Development: Aid in the formulation and implementation of affiliate marketing strategies aimed at attracting new partners and enhancing program efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills are essential for this position. Regular interaction with affiliates requires the ability to provide support and establish rapport.
  • Organizational Abilities: The role involves managing multiple responsibilities, including outreach calls, email responses, and performance tracking. Excellent organizational skills are necessary to stay on top of tasks.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required. Familiarity with CRM systems would be a significant asset.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Knowledge of Affiliate Marketing: A foundational understanding of affiliate marketing principles and practices is crucial. You should quickly grasp the structure and objectives of our affiliate program.
  • Experience in Call Centers: Previous experience in a call center setting is highly advantageous. This background will equip you with the skills necessary to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism.
